Due to the increasingly advanced ADAS safety systems, one of the research institutes in Poland needed specialized equipment to be able to test them. Envibra sp. z o. o. is a Polish supplier of equipment specialized in testing technique, simulation, recording and analysis of dynamic signals. By supplying and implementing testing equipment, it enables to perform advanced tests and studies on vehicles.

MOSHON DATA equipment such as FLEX MOSHON towing system and EuroNCAP VEHICLE TARGET (EVT) used together with DEWESOFT DAQ for recording dynamic signals, IMU with GPS & RTK data with accuracy down to centimeters as well as video and data from the vehicle's on-board diagnostic system (OBD) enable this type of research.

The test consisted of a two cars (one standard car and EVT), both equipped with IMU units measuring acceleration, orientation and angular rates. MOSHON DATA devices such as FLEX MOSHON and EVT manufactured according to the EuroNCAP standards were a perfect solution to simulate a rear end of a car. Moreover, both vehicles were fully synchronized in time with each other via wireless WIFI and a common synchronizing clock.
